_ Check in from 3.00 pm
_ Check out by 10.30 am on the day of departure
_ Early check-in starting at 10.00: € 40 / room (upon reservation and availability)
_ Late check-out until 3.00 pm: € 45/ room (on reservation and availability)
_ Late check out until 6.00 pm: € 60 / room (on reservation and availability)
_ On the day of departure the thermal park is accessible until 10:30. It can be accessed after this time by purchasing the daily entrance tickets.
_ For our guests with food intolerances we offer dishes suited to their needs. Please let us know your needs when booking. Our Resort does not offer paleo dishes.

Terms of payment
Our Resort accepts reservations if guaranteed by a valid credit card. Providing credit card information does not correspond to a payment. Please refer to the rate conditions for details about prices, warranties, and cancellations. The balance of the stay can be requested upon arrival or departure.

It is good to know that
_ Pets are not allowed
_ In our Resort smoking is prohibited with the exception of specially designed outdoor spaces
_ The Mosaic pool, Sauna Land and JLounge, are reserved for adult guests (16+)
_ We do not carry out massages or wellness treatments for children under 14 years
_ The relaxation area of ​​our Spa is reserved for people over the age of 14
_ Nudism is prohibited throughout the Resort area
